Once an order has been placed we can not guarantee a change. To cancel your order, please email info@buddys-uk.com Please note that your order can only be cancelled if it has not already been processed. We cannot guarantee that any orders placed during busy periods can be cancelled.
All our deliveries are sent with recorded delivery in the unlikely hood you haven’t received your item please contact info@buddys-uk.com and we will look into this for you asap.
Discount codes only apply to full priced items unless stated. Any sale/end of line items are not eligible for this.
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, Please contact us within 14 days at info@buddys-uk.com or via any of our social media platforms as soon as possible if your order is damaged, incorrect or defected. We will investigate this and ensure that this is rectified as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, this cannot be amended once your order is placed.

As your order has been specially customised to your request. We are unable to exchange or refund.
Returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a recorded postage service to ensure that your return arrives with us safely. Buddys-uk cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
No, all sale and seconds items are Final Sale and non-returnable. This is reflected in the discounted price. Please make sure you measure your dog and compare to our size guide before ordering.
We do not currently offer exchanges on any items. If your item is a full price item, please refer to our Returns Policy
Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. If you can see that your return has been delivered back to us, please be assured that our team will be processing the refund. The time it takes for your refund to reach your account will depend on your bank provider.
We sometimes change our prices due to seasons and sales. This does unfortunately mean that if the price of an item has changed since you ordered, we are unable to refund the price difference.
