Our Promise

Here at Buddys, we are so passionate about making the best products on the earth. If there are any issues with your product(s), we will fix it. With every product we offer guarantee for a year which covers manufacturer defects (from the date you receive your item). If your product obtains any issues please contact us on info@buddys-uk.com or via any of our social media platforms and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss and rectify this. 

Please be aware we cannot cover the following; 

  • Improper or misuse of the product
  • Damaged cause by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications 
  • Damaged caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse or fire 
  • Fraying of harnesses/leads/collars

Washing

Whilst our products are machine washable we still unfortunately do not recommend this. We only recommend hand washing with all of our products. In the event that you do put any items in the washing machine please be aware due to the vibrant colours these can fade due to the high temperatures, and the stickers may also become loose. 

Please note if you require new stickers please contact us at info@buddys-uk.com or via any of our social media platforms and we can arrange for new stickers to be sent out at a small cost. 

Sizing

When purchasing owners must ensure they have purchased the correct size for their dog by using our size guide which is available on our website. We cannot be responsible for the incorrect size being purchased. Dog harnesses must fit at the neck and the chest to be suitable. We are unable to alter harnesses and any items to meet requirements. 

Safety

When purchasing please note that no product is indestructible. Please always check your dogs accessories for wear and tear. It is the customers responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet. 

Our products are suitable and are sturdy for everyday use, however we do not recommend them for dogs with behaviour issues or dogs who are overly aggressive, or excess pullers. We do not guarantee any protection from our products and owners are responsible for any damage created to the product from misuse, created by your dog or other dogs on walks, or from unsafe storage of products. 

Buddys-UK accept no liability for any dogs that may get injured from any of our products. It is the owners responsibility to ensure that the product purchased is within good quality, and adjusted correctly and safely.
