Returns Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, postage is to be covered by the customer when making a return. Please get proof of postage to ensure we can allow for any postal and courier delays/issues.Â
To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. If you would like to return your item(s) please email info@buddys-uk.com or contact any of our social media platforms to request this. Please include as much detail as possible as to why you would like to return your item(s).
Damage, incorrect or general issues
Please contact us within 14 days at info@buddys-uk.com or via any of our social media platforms as soon as possible if your order is damaged, incorrect or defected. We will investigate this and ensure that this is rectified as soon as possible.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchanges at this time. You are more than welcome to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
Refunds
Once a request has been sent regarding a return we will contact you as soon as possible to advise if this request has been accepted or not. If this has been accepted you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method minus the postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please note any gifted items that come with your order (for example a free lead with every purchase offer) must also be returned as well as the item you ordered to receive a refund or exchange. If this is not returned the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund. This does not include treats.
